Ye Olde Gun Shoppe holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

When a firearm is purchased online or at a distant store, the seller ships the item directly to this chosen FFL dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, presenting a valid photo ID, completing ATF Form 4473, and passing a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact Ye Olde Gun Shoppe first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
