Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Dismal River Armory is located at 6010 46Th Ave in Kearney, NE 68845. This is a residential address – not a walk-in storefront, so you cannot just drop in. Call +1 (308) 627-7270 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase. It is one of the most common types for general firearm dealers.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States. The seller ships the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Dismal River Armory first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
