Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Located at 2885 Horseshoe Ln in Fernley, Nevada, David Stone Distributor operates as a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront. This means the business does not have a public retail space for customers to enter. To verify current availability, confirm transfer fees, or check specific operating hours, you should call +1 (775) 302-3177 before making any trip to this location.
David Stone Distributor holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to legally buy, sell, and receive firearms. This includes processing transfers for firearms shipped from online purchases or other private sellers, ensuring the legal chain of custody is maintained.
An FFL transfer generally involves the seller shipping the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person, presenting a photo ID, completing ATF Form 4473, and passing a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact David Stone Distributor first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
