Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Burtworx is located at 2303 Albatross Way in Sparks, Nevada, operating as a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront. You should call +1 (775) 386-7083 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Burtworx holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them and receive transfers from online purchases or other dealers.
FFL transfers work across the United States: the seller ships the firearm to your chosen dealer, you collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Burtworx first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
