Sandia Firearms – Tijeras holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
FFL transfers work anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Sandia Firearms – Tijeras first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
