Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Madkat’s Guns & Ammo is located at 201 Riverside Rd, Timberon, NM 88350. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. Call +1 (575) 987-2523 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before going.
Madkat’s Guns & Ammo holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships it to this chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Madkat’s Guns & Ammo first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
