Google lists this location as permanently closed. It still appears in the ATF Federal Firearms Licensee list, so the licence may not have lapsed yet - but do not travel here or arrange a transfer without contacting the licensee first.
Harts Trading Post is located at 555 Middleline Rd in Ballston Spa, NY 120202201. For details on availability or fees, call +1 (518) 885-4867 before visiting.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows it to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When using an FFL dealer for a transfer, the seller ships the firearm to the chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Harts Trading Post first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
