This business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
When a firearm is sold online or privately, the seller ships it to this chosen Federal Firearms License holder. The buyer must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact East Kent Trader first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
