Mbi holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers. It serves as a designated point for the legal transfer of firearms between private parties or commercial entities.

When purchasing a firearm online or from a private seller, the item is shipped directly to this FFL dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, presenting a valid photo ID, completing ATF Form 4473, and passing a federal background check. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Mbi first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
