The Gun Lady

The Gun Lady is located at 41 Front St in Port Jervis, NY, where you can reach them at +1 (845) 858-4990 to confirm fees or availability before visiting. The store operates Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and stays open until 3:00 pm on Saturdays.

This business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. This license type is standard for retailers who facilitate the final step of a firearm transaction.

When purchasing a firearm online or from an out-of-state seller, the item is shipped directly to this licensed dealer. You must then collect it in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local laws may add further requirements. Contact The Gun Lady first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
