Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Tbs Gun Works is located at 7420 Wake Rd, Durham, NC 27713. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. You should call +1 (919) 697-6689 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Tbs Gun Works holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships the item to this FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Tbs Gun Works first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
