Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Pet Apocalypse is located at 1209 GAINES ROAD in Rock Cave, West Virginia. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. You should call +1 (910) 364-4676 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before going.
Pet Apocalypse holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers of firearms shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to this chosen FFL dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Pet Apocalypse first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
