The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows it to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers from online purchases. A federal firearms license holder serves as the intermediary for shipping a firearm purchased online or from another state. The seller ships the item to the dealer's licensed premises. The buyer must then appear in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check before taking possession. State and local laws may impose additional requirements.
Contact Teeters Gunsmithing first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges. This ensures your shipment is ready for pickup and complies with all necessary regulations.
