This business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the owner to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Not Just Fishin first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
