Burnettes Rod & Gun Shop is located at 211 Forest St in Mars Hill, North Carolina, 28754. Call +1 (828) 689-3211 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Burnettes Rod & Gun Shop holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
FFL transfers work by having the seller ship the firearm to the dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Burnettes Rod & Gun Shop first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
