Us Arms & Ammunition is located at 6732 US HIGHWAY 70 E in Newport, NC 28570. The store is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 13:00 to 18:00. Call +1 (252) 777-1004 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Us Arms & Ammunition holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms and also deal in them and receive transfers, so it can accept a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another dealer.
When you buy a firearm online or at a gun show, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Us Arms & Ammunition first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
