3301 E Main Ave in Bismarck, ND is the physical location for Ndsp Gun Club, a business holding a 01 – Dealer in Firearms ATF license. This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers. You can call +1 (701) 400-6130 to confirm current hours, fees, and availability before visiting.
A Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms) permits the holder to engage in the business of importing, manufacturing, and dealing in firearms. This means Ndsp Gun Club is authorized to process federal firearm transfers, ensuring the legal chain of custody is maintained. The business must verify the buyer’s identity and eligibility through the required federal background check process.
FFL transfers work by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add extra requirements. Contact Ndsp Gun Club first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
