Runnings – Bismarck holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When you buy a firearm online or at a gun show, the seller ships the item to your chosen FFL dealer. Contact Runnings – Bismarck first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
