Dakota Rifle Company is located at 2048 3RD AVE WEST UNIT B in Dickinson, North Dakota. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00. Call +1 (701) 218-0064 to confirm hours, fees and availability before you go.
Dakota Rifle Company holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase. It also permits the dealer to deal in firearms generally.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Dakota Rifle Company first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
