Kovar Gunsmithing is located at 1665 Nordonna Circle in Grand Forks, North Dakota. To confirm current hours, fees, and availability before visiting, call +1 (701) 740-3842.
Kovar Gunsmithing holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer begins when the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Kovar Gunsmithing first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
