Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
A & V Equipment Sales is located at 2132 14TH STREET NW in Minot, North Dakota. This is a residential address and not a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (701) 839-5613 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
A & V Equipment Sales holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When you buy a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact A & V Equipment Sales first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
