Scenic Sports is located at 1201 E Broadway in Williston, North Dakota. The store operates Monday through Sunday from 05:30 until 21:00. You can reach them at +1 (701) 572-8696 to confirm current hours, fees, and availability before visiting.
Scenic Sports holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. It is the standard license for retail firearm dealers.
When buying a firearm online or from a private seller, the item is shipped directly to this licensed dealer. You must collect it in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a federal background check. State and local laws may add extra steps. Contact Scenic Sports first to confirm they accept the transfer and what fees apply.
