Oxbow Bait & Tackle is located at 7884 State Route 15 in Defiance, Ohio. The shop is open Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can call +1 (419) 658-4000 to confirm these hours, any transfer fees, or availability before you visit.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
When an FFL transfer occurs, the seller ships the firearm to the dealer. The buyer must collect it in person, present a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Oxbow Bait & Tackle first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
