Kinsel Sports is located at 308 West Broadway in New Lexington, Ohio. The store operates on a limited weekly schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Thursday from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Because these hours are specific and do not cover every day, you should call +1 (740) 342-4460 to confirm availability before making a trip.
Kinsel Sports holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another private seller. This makes the location suitable for individuals who need a local point of receipt for their new firearms.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer; the buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Kinsel Sports first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
