Sportsman’s Den is at 201 N Gamble St in Shelby, Ohio 44875. The shop is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until 8:00 pm, while closing earlier at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Because hours can change, call (419) 347-3007 to confirm availability before visiting.
Sportsman’s Den holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers. It is the standard license for retail firearm dealers.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Sportsman’s Den first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
