Highpoint Outfitters is located at 14860 State Route 13 in Thornville, Ohio. The shop is open from 10:00 to 19:00 Monday through Friday and stays open until 17:00 on Saturdays. Call +1 (740) 246-9900 to confirm hours, fees, or availability before making a trip.
Highpoint Outfitters holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. It also permits the business to manufacture ammunition, though it cannot receive firearm transfers for that specific license type alone.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Highpoint Outfitters first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
