Guntech Arms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item to your chosen FFL dealer. You then collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Guntech Arms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
