Shephards Firearms is located at 1647 East 71 Street St North in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The business holds a federal firearms license, allowing it to act as a point of receipt for firearms shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
FFL transfers involve the seller shipping the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, presenting a valid photo ID, completing ATF Form 4473, and passing a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements.
Contact Shephards Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges. Always verify current license status and availability before arranging transport.
