Welburns Weapons holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying from an out-of-state seller, the firearm ships to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check.
