The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Sg Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
