Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Madsens Guns is located at 65551 Ridgeway Lane, Elgin, Oregon 97827. The premises are listed as a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. You should call +1 (541) 437-8008 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before going.
Madsens Guns holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Madsens Guns first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
