Bi-Mart #711 is located at 3400 W 1St Ave in Eugene, OR 97402. The store is open Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00. Call +1 (541) 344-0681 to confirm hours, fees and availability before you go.
Bi-Mart #711 holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Bi-Mart #711 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
