Dave’s Pac West Gunsmithing holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to an FFL dealer. The buyer collects it with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State rules may add requirements. Contact Dave’s Pac West Gunsmithing first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
