The Mccluskey Arms Company is located at 125 CAP CT UNIT H,I,J in Eugene, Oregon. It operates Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call +1 (541) 357-7947 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the holder to manufacture firearms and also deal in them and receive transfers.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact The Mccluskey Arms Company first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
