Jim’s Quick Draw Firearms Services holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them and receive transfers.
FFL transfers work by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Jim’s Quick Draw Firearms Services first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
