Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Small Arms Specialties is located at 10963 Se Valley Way in Happy Valley, Oregon. The premises are a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. Call +1 (503) 705-2662 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before going.
Small Arms Specialties holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When buying a firearm online or from a private seller, the item is shipped to this chosen FFL dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Small Arms Specialties first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
