Bi-Mart #622 holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item to this chosen FFL dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, present a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local laws may add extra requirements. Contact Bi-Mart #622 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
