Dan’s Rods & Guns is located at 5455 Salmon River Hwy in Otis, Oregon. Call +1 (541) 992-2389 to confirm availability, fees, and transfer policies before visiting.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including completing transfers for items shipped from online retailers or other private sellers.
When purchasing a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item directly to this licensed dealer. The buyer then visits the location in person with a valid photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check to take possession. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Dan’s Rods & Guns first to confirm it accepts the specific transfer and what it charges.
