Shooters Service Center is located at 8242 N Lombard in Portland, Oregon, 97203. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. You can call +1 (503) 289-1280 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before visiting.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
An FFL transfer involves the seller shipping the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Shooters Service Center first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
