Bi-Mart #677 holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases, ensuring the business is authorized for standard firearm transactions.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Bi-Mart #677 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
