Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Novotny Gun Shop is located at 41051 Se Coalman Rd in Sandy, OR 97055. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront. Call +1 (503) 668-5061 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the owner to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying online, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Novotny Gun Shop first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
