This location holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). That license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item to this FFL dealer. The buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements.
