Perry County Armory holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers from online purchases.

When a firearm is purchased online or at a distant shop, the seller ships it to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements.
