The Horse Soldier, The is located at 219 Steinwehr Avenue in Gettysburg, PA. The store is open Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Friday from 11:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. You can call +1 (717) 334-0347 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The Horse Soldier, The holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact The Horse Soldier, The first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
