Sible & Sons Bait & Tackle holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms. This includes processing a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
When you buy a firearm online, the seller ships it to this chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Sible & Sons Bait & Tackle first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
