Kinsey’s Outdoors is located at 1658 STEEL WAY in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, a local firearms dealer holding a Type 01 federal firearms license. The business operates with specific hours: open Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and open Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00. Because hours can change, call +1 (717) 653-9074 to confirm availability before visiting.
Kinsey’s Outdoors holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms. This includes processing transfers for firearms shipped from online purchases or other private sellers, making it a valid destination for receiving federally regulated firearms.
An FFL transfer involves the seller shipping the firearm to this dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, presenting a photo ID and completing ATF Form 4473. A background check is required before the firearm is released. State and local laws may add further requirements. Contact Kinsey’s Outdoors first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
