River Valley Surplus

River Valley Surplus operates from 203 North Broad St in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Call (814) 773-3237 to verify current operating hours, transfer fees, and availability before making the trip to the store.

River Valley Surplus holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to legally buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting transfers shipped from online retailers or private sellers to this specific location.

When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item directly to this FFL dealer. You must then appear in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a federal background check. State and local laws may add further requirements. Contact River Valley Surplus first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
