When you buy a firearm online or at a show, the seller ships it to a local FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Backwoods Quail Club first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
