Brushy Fork Armory

Brushy Fork Armory is located at 4616 Jonesville Lockhart Hwy in Union, South Carolina (29379). The store operates on a limited weekly schedule: open until 6pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, until 5pm on Wednesdays, and until 2pm on Saturdays. Because these hours vary by day, it is best to call +1 (864) 545-6218 to confirm availability before making a trip.

Brushy Fork Armory holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This specific license category authorizes the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes processing transfers for items shipped from online retailers or other private sellers. It serves as a compliant point of entry for buyers who need a local dealer to handle the federal paperwork.

In the United States, an FFL transfer requires the seller to ship the firearm directly to the dealer’s licensed premises. The buyer must then appear in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check before taking possession. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Brushy Fork Armory first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
