Gun Vault holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
When an FFL transfer occurs, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person, presents photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements.
